    How to proceed in the case of claims

    Please send us the item you would like to return on the basis of a claim, together with a document of purchase and specification of the defect, to the address: Pietro Filipi, Kolbenova 609, 190 00 Prague 9. Or bring it to any of our shops.
     
    We will settle the claim within 30 days and will inform you of the progress of settlement and the results.  

  2. It doesn’t matter if you do not like the purchased item or it does not fit. You can return unworn goods to us.

    E-shop

    Members of the Pietro Filipi Club can exchange or return goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. The time limit for returning purchased goods is 14 days for customers who are not members of the club.

    Brick-and-mortar shops

    Members of the Pietro Filipi Club can exchange or return goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers who are not club members may only exchange the goods, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    Discounted merchandise may only be exchanged, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods purchased from the outlet may only be exchanged, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    Send us the goods with a form for returning the goods to the address Pietro Filipi, Kolbenova 609, 190 00 Praha 9. Or bring them to any of our shops.

    The money for purchase of the goods will be refunded to you using the same method we accepted your payment by.
